LoseWeightAI provides informational and weight-management tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, significant dietary changes, or health concerns.

AI-generated calorie, nutrition, serving-size, food-recognition, and meal information may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it and may edit food entries when necessary.

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining appropriate control of the Google account used to sign in. You may not misuse another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to LoseWeightAI.

Certain features may require an active subscription after any applicable free-trial period. Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and available subscription options are displayed before purchase or within the account/subscription interface.

Referral rewards are subject to the requirements displayed by LoseWeightAI. Fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise abusive referrals may be rejected.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, interfere with other users, access systems without authorization, misuse automated systems, or use LoseWeightAI for unlawful purposes.

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LoseWeightAI is provided without guarantees that nutrition estimates, AI results, weight projections, or other calculated information will be error-free or appropriate for every individual.

Accounts may be restricted or terminated for misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms, or when required by law. Users may request deletion of their own account through the account-deletion process.

These Terms may be updated as LoseWeightAI evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
